Temple Israel 2024 Board Retreat

 April 6^th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

With a new board, composed of a mix of tenured and new members and a new chair, just starting their terms, the opportunity presents itself to create a new board culture and to put in place improved policies, procedures, systems, expectations, and accountability measures which could lead to the development of a more effective and engaged board.
